The accused not only killed the driver with a knife but also severed his head. Not only this, the accused kept roaming in front of hundreds of people with the severed head and then left it in the middle of the road. Police said that this whole dispute started over parking. The driver has been identified as Ali Hussain, a resident of Jogbani town. The name of the accused is Ravi Chauhan. He used to sell Sattu. Both were fighting over parking. But within no time this minor dispute turned violent and Ravi attacked Hussain with a knife. He beheaded the driver in the middle of the road. After this the mob beat the accused to death.
