Bigg Boss Malayalam 8 Elimination: Vedangi Cherukattu has been evicted from the Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 house during the latest elimination round.
The wildcard contestant, who entered the competition in the fifth week alongside Nilina Elizabeth Joseph, Suvarna Pulthukkiyil and Vipin Das Nair, has now ended her journey on the reality show. Following the announcement, Vedangi told host Mohanlal that she believed she had given her 100 per cent to the competition.
Vedangi’s eviction comes after a period in which the house witnessed several changes, including a mass elimination and the arrival of new contestants. Her entry came at a stage when the competition was undergoing changes following the departure of several contestants.
Vedangi was introduced to the show as a feminist content creator and social media personality. After entering the house, she identified Rahul Easwar as the contestant she intended to challenge. Their initial interactions were marked by disagreements, with Vedangi frequently challenging Rahul and the latter responding to her arguments.
However, their equation gradually evolved, with the two developing a complicated friendship. Despite repeatedly expressing reservations about Rahul’s behaviour and alleging that he was manipulating her, Vedangi continued approaching him during different situations inside the house. This changing dynamic also became a talking point among the housemates.
