Salman Khan-hosted show is going to be different this year, as Omung Kumar, who usually designs the house of the show every year, has not created the BB 20 house. Apart from that, the promo of an upcoming reality show also introduced a unique theme, which will definitely test the patience and competitive spirit of the contestants.  ’s theme is going to be ‘Tathasthu’. Salman Khan revealed in the promo that this time, the contestants will get ‘Extra Jeevan Daan’. The twist will grant an extra lifeline to the housemates in danger. The extra lifeline could be given by either housemates or the audience. The ultimate twist is likely to disrupt the survival tactics of the contestants.

Apart from that, the reports also suggest that the housemates will be divided into two teams. The traditional captaincy rules will also be imposed by the captain of the house, which changes every week.

Unlike every year, the Bigg Boss 20 house has been designed by Varsha Jain. The house looks different than previous seasons of Bigg Boss, as it has a fantasy-adventure theme. The house features a forest-style and animal-inspired decor throughout the living spaces. The only shared bedroom has a fox installed at the entrance. A gorilla guards at the entrance, and a snake-themed design in the garden gives the house a quirky look.

As per reports, Mahhi Vij, Qazi Touqeer, Showik Chakraborty, Isha Rikhi, Geeta Basra and other celebrities are said to be entering the madhouse as contestants. The official confirmation about their participation is yet to be made by the makers. The final names of the contestants will be revealed during the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 20.

Last year, Gaurav Khanna won Rs 50 lakh as prize money for Bigg Boss 19. For this year too, the makers have reportedly kept an Rs 50 lakh cash prize for the winner. If any money task happens, the prize money could change.

Due to the Tathasthu theme, the makers have changed the rules of Bigg Boss 20. This time, the contestants will not only get eliminated on the basis of the votes, but they could also get saved after getting the extra vardaan. For their survival, the contestants will reportedly have to perform the task.
