What’s new this season? What does Tathas-Two mean?

This time around, things will be bigger and better, just as they make up their game every season. Hosted by the one and only Salman Khan, the reality show is coming back with its 20th season, marking two decades of the show running, which is a massive achievement. Additionally it terms of what’s new this time around, the makers have decided to bring in some very unexpected twists. This time, the concept of ‘Tathas-Two’ has been introduced, which in simple words means that eliminated contestants will have two lives. However, it’s not that simple, of course. Eliminated contestants would be able to continue their game in a different area of the villa or an area created in the BB house and play their game from there and of course they will be able to use the life only after paying a price. What price do you ask? We’ll have to wait and watch.

​When is BB20 starting?

​Bigg Boss Season 20 is all set to premiere on September 6, 2026, with Salman Khan returning as the host. The show will be broadcast on Colors TV at 10:30 PM, while viewers can watch the episode earlier on JioHotstar from 9:00 PM. Fans can therefore catch the highly anticipated season premiere on the streaming platform before its television telecast.
