AAMRAPALI DUBEY ON SAYING ‘YES’ TO BIGG BOSS 20 OFFER

On finally taking up  says, “Well, it is high time, and it’s been many seasons since they have been asking me to be a part of Bigg Boss. I have always declined the offer. This time, I thought, why not? If they are being so persistent and I also wanted to, I just did a reality show, and I wanted to explore more in the reality genre, so I thought saying yes to Bigg Boss wouldn’t be a problem at all.”

She added, “In fact, if you want to do reality, especially in India, there is no show like Bigg Boss. I will get to share the stage with Salman Khan, and I’ve been a fan of him since the day I became sensible enough to understand films. So that’s the reason I said yes to Bigg Boss.”

AAMRAPALI DUBEY REVEALS HER STRATEGY FOR BIGG BOSS 20

When asked about her strategy in the house of Bigg Boss 20, she says, “I haven’t really strategized anything as such as of now. Honestly speaking, I’ll be myself. I’ll focus on the tasks, and I’ll try to make friends. That is something that I would really focus on because I am a very talkative person otherwise. So when I’m around people, I like making friends; I like to get to know other people. I would play the game as honestly as I can.”

Aamrapali also talks about her biggest challenge in the house. She says, “For me, the biggest challenge will be doing all my work on my own. I think that will be a little difficult. Getting my hair and makeup done on my own will be a challenge. I always had help for all these things, and I think I’ll miss my assistant dada, my makeup dada, my hair didi the most throughout this whole journey.”

The tasks at the Bigg Boss house are tough, so how has she been preparing for that? She says, “I think tasks and nominations are a part of the game, so that won’t really bother me very much. The tasks will be physically draining. Nominations will be mentally challenging when it comes to deciding who to stay with and who to let go of. But living with people you don’t know is something that will be emotionally challenging, and that, I think, will be the most difficult thing for me.”

She further said, “After spending almost 35 years of my life with my set of people, I am very attached to my people. So when I don’t have them around, and there are these new people around me, I don’t know how easily I will gel with a few of them or all of them, or how many people will like me or dislike me, or how many people I will like or dislike. That is something that I am more worried about, apart from the fact that there will be tasks and nominations.”

We have often seen contestants get overboard and also lose their cool. So how can one keep calm? She says, “Honestly, I haven’t thought about how I am going to be calm in the Bigg Boss house, but I’ll try my best to meditate if I am able to. At the same time, I don’t think I’ll be very calm if there’s something which I feel is not correct. I’ll lose my calm at that point in time. It’s the way I have always been; it’s not anything new. So, whatever I feel I need to speak up about, I will speak up. I won’t choose calmness. I won’t choose silence. If I see people trying to play with my peace of mind, then I am a very different person. Because it is very easy for me to sit in a corner and start chanting, Om Namah Shivay.”
