To avail the benefits of this scheme, it is very important for eligible women to get e-KYC done, otherwise their name may be removed from this scheme. Let us tell you that earlier the last date for e-KYC was 18th November but now its date has been extended further.

e-KYC date extended

Let us tell you that due to natural disasters and problems faced in many districts, many beneficiary women were not able to do e-KYC on time. In such a situation, the state government has extended the deadline for e-KYC. Now women have got more time to complete e-KYC. The new last date has been fixed as 31 December 2025. This means that women who have not yet done e-KYC can complete it online sitting at home without any haste. Minister Aditi S Tatkare also wrote on social media that the government has taken this decision understanding the problems of women.

Why is e-KYC necessary?
