But if the policemen themselves become victims of the dreadful intentions of the criminals…but something similar has happened with a female constable from Raipur who got trapped in the trap spread by a scoundrel and now she herself has to take the help of the law.
In fact, a case has been registered against a Delhi resident accused for befriending a female constable through matrimony site Shaadi.com and then blackmailing and raping her by taking intimate photographs. The accused is currently absconding. Police are conducting raids to arrest him.
Police say that after the conversation on mobile, the accused came to Raipur and increased their intimacy. In three-four months, the accused has collected around Rs 4 lakh from the lady constable. Fed up with the repeated demands for money, the victim approached the police. According to CSP Purani Basti, the victim is a widow. The accused had increased the contact on the pretext of marriage. Efforts to arrest the accused have been intensified.
On the complaint of a girl, the police have registered a crime against an accused for threatening to make obscene pictures viral on the basis of her mobile phone number and demanding money while abusing her. The name and address of the accused have not been revealed yet. Tikrapara police has started investigation by registering an FIR under section 308, 79 BNS.
