Earlier, under this scheme, Rs 400 per month was available, but in the year 2025, the government has increased it to Rs 1100 per month. Its objective is not only to provide financial help but also to make widow women feel respect and security in the society.
How much amount do you get every month?
Eligible women are now given Rs 1100 every month under this scheme. This amount is sent directly to the bank account of the beneficiary through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). The payment process takes place through the PFMS system, due to which the money reaches the account on time and securely.
