How much can the salary increase?
The government has not yet released any fixed figure of salary increase. But in every pay commission, there is revision in basic pay, DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA and other allowances. According to experts, a good increase in basic salary is possible, fitment factor may increase and there will be a change in the pension structure. This means that overall an increase in both take-home salary and pension is expected.
