Big news of January 7 morning: Following the directions of Delhi High Court, MCD conducted a demolition drive on the morning of January 7, 2025 at the encroachment site around Faiz-e-Ilahi Masjid at Turkman Gate, near Ramlila Maidan, Delhi. During the demolition, some miscreants tried to create disturbance by pelting stones. This information was given by Madhur Verma, Joint Commissioner of Police, Central Range.
