Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Shriprakash Jaiswal, who was ill for years, passed away. A leader whose presence changed the direction of Kanpur’s politics many times, today the same city is mourning the news of his demise. Jaiswal, a three-time MP from Kanpur, breathed his last due to heart failure.
