Bollywood actors Bhumi Pednekkar and Janhvi Kapoor attracted significant attention at an event held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi on Friday, bringing glamour and fashion to the capital.
Both actors were the main highlights, drawing enthusiastic crowds and creating a buzz on social media with their trendsetting appearances.
During the event, Bhumi Pednekkar spoke about her journey with beauty, stating, “I am a beauty junkie. I am that girl who lives on the internet and on social media apps. I’m constantly scrolling and shopping. I’ve had a beautiful journey with beauty. It is liberating to me. It is my best form of self-expression. My journey has come a long way.” Reflecting on her early career, she added, “I remember one of my first media interactions, right after my first film. I see those pictures, and I’m like, oh my God. I’ve definitely come a long way.”
The ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ star was dressed in a white ensemble consisting of a slit skirt and a halter neck top, complemented by pearl earrings and subtle makeup.
Janhvi Kapoor presented a commanding presence with a brown sleeveless vest layered over a light blue shirt and a buttoned waistcoat, paired with charcoal grey tailored trousers. Her sleek, side-parted hairstyle enhanced the sophisticated look.
Janhvi shared insight into her preparation routine, saying, “I like to waste a lot of time every time I’m getting ready. I like to spend time speaking to my team, my hair and makeup team, and we always visualise what the look is going to be like. There’s a lot of eating and discussing and gossiping and joking.”
The actors participated in the fourth edition of Flipkart’s Glam Up Fest 2026, an event uniting prominent beauty brands, creators, and celebrities. The occasion attracted large crowds eager to see their favourite stars.
At the event, Flipkart introduced its Annual Beauty Trends Report 2.0, and Janhvi Kapoor launched the company’s Global Luxe Beauty Store.
