Bengal voters to reject corruption as BJP confident of majority, says Dharmendra Pradhan

New Delhi: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan asserted that the upcoming Bengal elections will be a decisive moment for the people. He has emphasised the need to reject corruption, nepotism and an oppressive governance system within the state. Not just that, he also highlighted issues such as women’s safety and local representation. He questioned whether key BJP leaders like Suvendu Adhikari, Samik Bhattacharya, and Dilip Ghosh are considered outsiders while expressing confidence that the party will secure a full majority this time.

While speaking to ANI the Union Minister said, “This time, the people of Bengal are contesting the election. This time, the people are going to cast a decisive vote against corruption, nepotism, and the oppressive system… A fear-free, women-oppression-free Bengal is needed. Here, the government is not for the people, but for its own interests… Are Suvendu Adhikari, Samik Bhattacharya, and Dilip Ghosh outsiders? The people of Bengal have made up their minds this time; we will get a full majority.”
