BCCI Revises Women Domestic Cricketers Pay Structure: The Indian women’s cricket team had recently won the title of ODI World Cup 2025. She was successful in winning this trophy for the first time. Every Indian celebrated this victory. Now a big gift was given to the women players by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. BCCI has made a historic change in the match fees of women domestic cricketers. Now the match fees of women players in domestic cricket has become equal to that of male players.

Women players will now get this much money

Taking a step towards uniform match fees in domestic cricket, BCCI has more than doubled the match fees of women cricketers and match officials. According to which, women players will get Rs 50,000 per day if they are part of the playing XI in domestic ODI and multi-day (longer format) matches. At the same time, reserve players will be given an amount of Rs 25,000 per match. On the other hand, for T20 matches, the playing XI players will be paid Rs 25,000 and the players sitting on the bench will be paid Rs 12,500 per match. Let us tell you, earlier senior women players used to get Rs 20,000 for being in the playing XI and Rs 10,000 for being on the bench.

Change in junior level match fees also

Parity has been implemented in junior level tournaments also. Here in multi-day or ODI matches, the playing XI will get Rs 25,000 per day and the reserve players will get Rs 12,500. At the same time, in T20 matches, players of playing XI will be paid Rs 12,500 and players not included in playing 11 will be paid Rs 6,250.

On the other hand, match officials including umpires and match referees will also get the benefit of such increase. Umpires and match referees will be paid Rs 40,000 per day for league matches of domestic tournaments. The per day salary for knockout matches will be between Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000. Under this increase, umpires in Ranji Trophy league matches will now get around Rs 1.60 lakh per match, while in knockout matches they will get between Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 3 lakh per match.
