The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is looking to give its new Junior Cricket Committee a wider mandate. The five-member panel will now be responsible for educating young cricketers about the dangers of drugs, betting, and match-fixing.
The board has invited applications for the positions till September 5. The move comes in light of the increasing money and fame associated with even Under-19 cricket.
