The new central contract of Bangladesh cricket team has been issued. This time BCB has given central contracts to 28 players in which players have been divided into a total of four grades. The interesting thing is that this time BCB will pay salary to its players every month. Like BCCI, BCB has removed A+ grade from its central contract. Now players have been included in A, B, C and D grades. Many big players are missing from the central contract, which includes the name of Test opener Mahmudul Hasan Joy. Apart from him, senior player Mahdullah is also out because he has retired.
BCB Central Contract: Place for which player in which grade
- BCB has included four big players in Grade A. These include Nazmul Hussain Shanto, Mehdi Hasan Miraj, Liton Das and Taskin Ahmed. These players will get 8 lakh Bangladeshi Taka i.e. approximately Rs 6 lakh per month.
- Grade B includes Mushfiqur Rahim, Mominul Haq, Taijul Islam, Mustafizur Rahman, Tauheed Hridoy, Shadman Islam, Tanjeed Hasan Tamim, Rishad Hussain, Mahedi Hasan, Hasan Mahmood and Naheed Rana. Players in this group will earn 600,000 Taka every month, which is Rs 4.5 lakh in Indian Rupees.
- Grade C includes Soumya Sarkar, Zakir Ali Anik, Shoriful Islam, Tanzeem Hasan Saqib, Nasum Ahmed and Syed Khalid Ahmed. His monthly salary will be 4 lakh Taka i.e. approximately Rs 2.9 lakh.
- Grade D includes 7 players. This includes Saif Hasan, Parvez Hussain Emon, Tanveer Islam, Naeem Hasan, Hasan Murad, Shamim Hussain and Qazi Nurul Hasan Sohan. These players will get 2 Taka i.e. approximately Rs 1.5 lakh.
BCB included young players in the contract list
Bangladesh Cricket Board has included seven more cricketers in the central contract while retaining most of the existing players. These new players are Shamim Hussain Patwari, Parvez Hussain Amon, Saif Hasan, Naeem Hasan, Tanveer Islam, Qazi Noorul Hasan Sohan and Hasan Murad.
