Patna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a public rally on Friday, July 18, launched a scathing attack on the RJD and its alliance partner Congress, accusing them of exploiting the poor and socially marginalised for their political gain.
With the 2025 Assembly Elections so close, Modi coined a new campaign slogan that drew loud chants from the supporters: “Banayenge Naya Bihar, Phir Ek Baar NDA Sarkar.”
The Prime Minister linked his campaign message to Bihar’s pride, recalling the roots of ‘Operation Sindoor’, a mission he said had captured the world’s attention, which started from the very soil of the state.

PM Accuses RJD of Grabbing Land In Exchange For Jobs
During his address, PM Modi alleged that the RJD not only failed to provide employment to the marginalised but also took land from them as a precondition for providing jobs. “The RJD can’t think of providing employment to youths, as it usurped the land of the poor people before giving them jobs,” he said, referencing the land-for-jobs controversy that has shadowed the opposition party.
He further accused the Congress-RJD alliance of stalling Bihar’s progress for years, suggesting that their tenure was marked by neglect and hollow promises to the marginalised. “They only played politics in the name of the poor and the socially marginalised,” the PM said, declaring NDA as the only alliance focused on real development.
‘Guided By Leaders Like Chandra Mohan Rai…’
Promising a renewed push for job creation, Modi assured his supporters that the Centre would invest Rs 1 lakh crore to generate employment across the country, with Bihar set to benefit.
He also took a dig at dynastic politics, saying,”Congress and RJD have been doing politics in the name of backward classes, but they don’t even respect people outside their family… We have to save Bihar from their illicit intentions… We were guided by leaders like Chandra Mohan Rai.”
