Bajaj Housing Finance Q2 business update: AUM rises 25% to ₹1.58 lakh crore; check here for all details

In an exchange filing issued on October 3, the financial services company said it saw a jump of 25.2% in gross disbursements.

The figure for gross disbursements came in at ₹19,930 crore, compared to ₹15,914 crore a year ago. When it comes to assets under management (AUM), the figure rose by 25%, rising to ₹1.58 lakh crore, compared to ₹1.27 lakh crore (YoY). Furthermore, the loan assets (AR) stood at ₹1.40 lakh crore, compared to ₹1.13 lakh crore (YoY).

Q1 Results

reported a net profit increase of 22.6% year-on-year, reaching ₹715 crore compared to ₹583 crore in the preceding year. The net interest income (NII) expanded by 9% to ₹968 crore during the first quarter. This marked a rise from the previous quarter’s figure of ₹887 crore. Furthermore, net total income grew by 16% to ₹1,175 crore from ₹1,009 crore.

Quarterly revenue increased by 17.2% to ₹3,063 crore from ₹2,613 crore in the equivalent period of the previous year. Assets under management (AUM) experienced a 24% year-on-year rise to ₹1,49,624 crore as of June 30, 2026, relative to ₹1,20,420 crore in the prior year. Furthermore, the loan losses and provisions declined substantially to ₹16 crore in the quarter, down from ₹38 crore in the prior year.
