Bottle gourd, broccoli, ladyfinger, tinda, spinach, beans are also healthy vegetables. Actually, how is your diet? This affects your overall health. If you have diabetes then you should consume less simple carbs and remove those things from the diet which have high glycemic index. Include things like vegetables, grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, seeds in your daily diet. One should stay away from processed food, sugar and saturated fat.

Like Mandukasana, Yoga Mudrasana, Pawanmuktasana, Uttanapadasana, Vajrasana, Vakrasana, 5 to 10 asanas should be done. These are very beneficial.
