Baba Ramdev shares simple diet to reduce obesity and belly fat

In the video, Baba Ramdev explains that excess weight is the root of many health problems. It can lead to high blood pressure, high blood sugar, heart issues, and back pain. To avoid these, he suggests people must change their lifestyle with proper yoga and a strict diet.

According to him, the first step is to stop eating salt, grains, sweets, milk, ghee, and other high-calorie foods. He explains that when you stop eating these items, your body starts using stored fat for energy. This helps in reducing body fat and eventually leads to weight loss.

Baba Ramdev also shared what people should eat instead. He says that for quick weight loss, one should avoid grains completely and instead eat only salad, watermelon, muskmelon, and boiled vegetables. This kind of diet helps the stomach shrink and reduces body fat. He claims that by following this routine daily, 1 kg of weight can be lost every day, and over time, belly fat will disappear completely.
