Baba Chaitanyananda Arrested From Agra: Delhi’s infamous ‘Dirty Baba’ Chaitanyanand Saraswati has finally been arrested from Agra in UP after 3 days. The police is catching him and bringing him to Delhi. Chaitanyanand is accused of sexually abusing 17 girl students of Management College. He was absconding for a long time before his arrest. Many teams of Delhi Police were continuously raiding Delhi, Haryana and UP to catch him. His anticipatory bail plea was also rejected by the court on Friday, after which the police caught him from Agra.
Chaitanyanand Saraswati was made serious allegations
The students had made serious allegations against college director Chaitanyanand Saraswati. Chaitanyanand is accused of sexually abusing 17 girl students of Management College. He was absconding for a long time before his arrest. The girls had said that under the EWS Scholarship Scheme, the girls doing PGDM were being sexually abused. The students allege that pornographic language was used with them and they were sent dirty WhatsApp and messages. Not only this, he was also physically tampered with. The victim students also told that some women working in the college used to instigate them to accept the wrong demands of the accused and put pressure on them.
The case was registered in 2009
Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati, a resident of Odisha, was earlier known by the name of Dr. Parthasarathy. He describes himself as a saint and has been living in the ashram for the last 12 years. However, this is not the first time Chaitanyanand has been accused of sexual harassment. Earlier in 2009, a case of cheating and molestation was registered against him. After this, in 2016, a woman in Vasant Kunj area accused her of molestation, on the basis of which the police had registered a case.
