The cost of publicity and promotions has been kept separate at ₹20 crore, bringing the total estimated expenditure to around ₹145 crore.

Thamma leaves Stree 2 behind in terms of budget

This budget even surpasses that of Stree 2, which starred Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurrana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee, and was produced at a cost of ₹125 crore. With Thamma, the horror-comedy universe is reaching new heights in terms of scale, technical finesse, and star power.
