Avika Gor is currently hospitalised in Mumbai after being diagnosed with dengue post five days of high fever. The Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 contestant’s husband, Milind Chandwani, informed fans about her hospitalisation on August 7 through a video message on social media after the release of her song, Bukhaar. Now, in a recent interview, Milind revealed that Avika has been advised 15 days of bed rest. He shared an update about her health and said she is not yet improving. For the unversed, Avika is currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 as a contestant.
Avika Gor’s Health Update
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Milind Chandwani revealed that his wife Avika Gor’s platelets were dropping. He said, “15 days of bed rest is recommended for now. She’s not improving yet. Her blood platelet count was going down, but now it is improving.”
Avika Gor’s husband further added that the actress is feeling very weak. He said, “She has a lot of pain all over her body. Those who have experienced dengue would know exactly how tough it can be.”
In his post, had said that Avika Gor continued to complete her professional commitments despite suffering from a high fever. He revealed that Avika had been suffering from 103-104 degrees of fever for the past five days. After learning about her health, Avika Gor fans have been praying for her speedy recovery.

Milind tried hard to change her mind, but she preferred to push herself and tried to be as less of an ‘inconvenience’ as possible to her team. While talking about her dedication towards the work, Milind said, “I remember that she has even shot for 48 hours continuously once because her movie’s producer had run out of budget to extend the shoot. She doesn’t listen to me in such cases, and somewhere that makes me really, really proud of her.”
For the unversed, Milind Chandwani and Avika Gor got married in 2025, and they have reportedly moved to Bangkok. The duo keeps travelling to Mumbai for their work commitments.
