A 66 -year -old man died in China after spending an intimate time with his girlfriend in the hotel. The court ordered the woman to pay 62,000 yuan (about Rs 7.5 lakh) to the family of the deceased.

In this case, the court has ordered the woman (the deceased’s girlfriend) to give compensation of 62,000 yuan (Rs 753643) to her married lover’s family.
According to the report of Red Star News, a person with a 66 -year -old Zhou surname died of acute myocardial infarction. A few hours before he died, Jhou had a relationship with her girlfriend (which was identified as Juang) on 14 July 2024 in a hotel in Pingnan County, Guangshi Juang, Southern China. Jhou’s wife and son filed a case against the hotel and Jhuang to fail to save Jhou. Demanded Rs 5.50 lakh as compensation. In this, the court added Rs 70,000 more for the funeral expenses and then ruled.
Jhou and Zhuang used to work together
Jhou and Jhuang had worked together in a factory in the 1980s. He met again at a party in 2023. On 14 July 2024, Jhou stayed at a hotel and called Zhuang. According to Zhuang, he spent intimate moments before sleeping. When sleep woke up, Zhou was unable to breathe. She was scared by this. Did not understand what to do. Jhuang has a problem of high blood pressure. So she went home and took medicine to reduce her blood pressure.
On returning to the hotel, she could not open the room. He sought help from an employee of the hotel. After this, when she went to the room, she was unconscious. Did not respond even after shouting. The hotel employee then called the ambulance and the police. Doctors and police officials later confirmed that Jhou had died.
Jhou had high blood pressure, stroke was done earlier also
In the course of investigation, the police came to know that Jhou also had high blood pressure. He had a stroke earlier also. The court ruled that Jhou died due to his already existing diseases. The main responsibility should be that of him. Juang was only responsible for the second responsibility. He did not know about the previous diseases of Zhou. The court said that he lost the best time to save him from going out of the room and coming back after an hour.
