The 133-minute long ‘Assi’ is directed by Anubhav Sinha, while Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar have produced it under the banner of T-Series. Apart from Taapsee Pannu and Kani Kusruti, actors like Revati, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayub, Satyajit Sharma have worked in the film. Seema Pahwa, Naseeruddin Shah and Supriya Pathak have cameos in the film.
