Asin has distanced herself from acting after she married Rahul Sharma in 2016. After her daughter’s birthday in Japan, the actress travelled to Hawaii to celebrate her birthday with the family. Though Asin did not share her photo, she posted a picture of a cake that was cut on her special day. Earlier this month, Asin and Rahul celebrated their daughter Arin’s 9th birthday. Reportedly, the former actress lives with her husband and daughter in Delhi.

On her Instagram Story, Asin shared a picture of her birthday cake and wrote, “Birthday morning here in Hawaii (sic).” However, she stayed away from featuring in the click.

In a previous interview, Asin’s husband Rahul Sharma spoke about marrying her. He said, “Marrying Asin was the most important thing that worked well for me. She is the rock behind me. If anything happens, whatever it is, she is the one who says, ‘Don’t worry… just move forward.’ She understands me and my passion. She is a firm believer in me. If you have such people around you, life becomes very easy.”
He further added, “Your partner should be someone who lifts you up, not someone who pulls you back. She is that person for me. She lifts me up. Her contribution to my life is more than I can explain. You are not only fighting a battle outside but also dealing with one at home, right? She is the one who takes care of the latter in our household. I have never met a person like her in my life.”
Talking about their daughter Arin, who was seven years old then, Rahul said she a wonderful grasping power. “We have a beautiful daughter. She is just seven years old now but can already understand and speak around 12 languages, including Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese. I find it difficult to speak even two languages,” he shared.
