Mahavatar Narsimha Box Office: Mahavatar Narsimha, the animated epic of mythology, is still doing quite well at the box office. The big-screen spectacle, directed by Ashwin Kumar, has been raising the bar for Indian animation ever since it opened in theaters on July 25. Even though the film won the third weekend, it suffered a significant setback on the third Monday.
Mahavatar Narsimha brought in Rs 5.25 crore at the box office on Monday the 18th, the third day. A total of Rs 174.90 crore was made from Ashwin Kumar’s film. Even though Mahavatar Narsimha is a regional language film, it has dominated Hindi markets at the box office. When compared across all languages, the Hindi version of the film has done the best.
Mahavatar Narsimha’s momentum was steady throughout the third weekend at the Indian box office. Industry tracker Sacnilk reports that after 17 days, Mahavatar Narsimha’s domestic total has reached Rs 171.92 crore after earning an astounding Rs 20.5 crore on its third Saturday and an even more astonishing Rs 23.5 crore on Sunday.
