Prashant Kishore demanded the removal of deputy CM Emperor Chaudhary from the post, calling him an accused of 6 murders. He accused JDU minister Ashok Chaudhary of buying assets worth Rs 100 crore and warned to disclose assets worth 500 crores.
Patna: Prashant Kishore, the founder of the Jansuraj Party, held a press conference in Patna on Monday and once again created a stir in the politics of Bihar. He directly made serious allegations against Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary and JDU Minister Ashok Chaudhary. PK said that Emperor Chaudhary is accused of killing 6 people. He appealed to the Governor, Chief Minister and Central Government to immediately remove such a person from the post. PK reminded that Emperor Chaudhary was involved in Tarapur case number 44/1995. Being a minor, he came out of jail, but now he is an insult to the constitution to sit in a constitutional post.
Prashant Kishore said, “If a person involved in the Tarapur murder case is sitting on the post of Deputy Chief Minister, then it is a big threat to the entire democracy and constitution. We will go to the Governor and demand action against him. If action is not taken, we will open the court.”
Big attack on Ashok Chaudhary’s property
Prashant Kishore also questioned the property of JDU Minister Ashok Chaudhary and his daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary. PK claimed that after the marriage of Shambhavi, a property worth 100 crores was purchased through the Trust Board. Also, under the Vaibhav Vikas Trust, how to purchase assets worth 100 crores in the last one year should also be the subject of investigation.
PK warned, “If Ashok Chaudhary does not withdraw the notice within 7 days, I will disclose his assets of 500 crores. He alleged that Ashok Chaudhary recently took 0.5 percent commission in a contract of 20 thousand crores. PK made it clear that these revelations are for public information and not under any political rivalry.
Emperor Chaudhary accused of murder
Prashant Kishore, citing the 1995 Tarapur murder case on Emperor Chaudhary, said that documents against him were present in the court. He said that the emperor hid his age in election form and presented fake documents, on the basis of which he was taken out of jail.
PK appealed to the Governor and the Central Government to immediately remove and arrest him from the post. He said, “Emperor Chaudhary is involved in six murder cases. His sitting on the post of CM is insulting both democracy and constitution. We will also write a letter to Modi ji how such a person was allowed to remain in power.”
Targeting opposition
Prashant Kishore also attacked RJD and Congress. He said that these two parties are deliberately silent and indulged in corruption. PK responded to Tejashwi Yadav’s allegations and said that RJD and Congress leaders are “known thieves”. He said, “If Tejashwi Yadav makes the list, first of all we have to write the name of his maternal uncle and parents. We do not need to speak on it, because the public knows that these people are corrupt.”
Answer on funding
Prashant Kishore in the end answered the questions arising about the funding of the Jansuraj Party. He said that in the last 3 years, he earned Rs 241 crore from his fees, on which 30.95 crore GST and Rs 20 lakh income tax was paid. PK said, “Our aim is to improve Bihar and bring accountability. Till the state does not improve, we will continue our revelations. It is our primary responsibility to tell the public. Our funding is completely legal and transparent. We will bring every financial information to the public in future also.”
Prashant Kishore also clarified that Rs 11 crore taken from new youth construction was in the form of consultant fees and there is no wrong money in it. He said that CBI and ED can investigate, but they do not involve any kind of corruption.
