92 year old singer Asha Bhosle has passed away. The news of his demise has left the entire film industry in mourning. It is being told that he was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital after his health deteriorated on Saturday.

Asha Bhosle’s elder son Hemant Bhosle spent most of his early life as a pilot and then left the job to work as a music director for some time. Hemant died of cancer in 2015.
Asha Bhosle’s daughter Varsha committed suicide on 8 October 2012. She was 56 years old and worked as a columnist for The Sunday Observer and Rediff.
