For the last three months, the young man was eating only fruit and juice and due to this, his weight was also reduced considerably. Due to which his condition deteriorated and despite treatment he could not be saved.

Dr. Kumar says that liquid diet also affects immunity. When the body does not get the necessary nutrients, the immunity becomes weak. This increases the risk of falling ill again and again. Balance of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium etc.) is necessary in the body. Liquid diet can spoil this balance, which affects the heart rate, blood pressure and nerve function.
