This can create a serious condition like kidney inflammation, creatinine level or even kidney failure. Especially for a person suffering from kidney or liver problems, these supplements can be more dangerous.
2- Often these height enhancers come in the market without any medical certification or testing. Some of these local brands are also such that sell ingredients of inferior quality. In such a situation, the use of them does not benefit, the opposite loss can definitely happen.
3- Therefore, if a child or youth is worried about his height, then he should first take a balanced diet that contains sufficient amount of protein, calcium, vitamin D and zinc. Also, there are natural ways to increase regular exercise, swimming, cycling, and good sleep height. A supplement should be consumed only after consulting a doctor or dietician.
