New Delhi: The Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max is still far away, but early leaks and tips have already started coming out. However nothing is confirmed yet but some reports say Apple might change its launch plan this time. The Pro models, along with the first iPhone Fold, are expected in 2026. The regular iPhone 18 might come later, possibly around March 2027. If this happens, the iPhone 18 Pro Max will get more attention than usual because it will arrive earlier than the base version.
As for the features, the iPhone 18 Pro Max may get a Promotion display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Apple might use the A20 Pro chip in this model, and the base storage could start from 256GB. Siri is also expected to get a major upgrade next year, so we can expect the 18 Pro Max to come with some strong AI features built into the system. Apple might make these devices as a photography focus phone with a triple camera setup.
Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max: Expected details
When it comes to cameras, the 18 Pro Max is expected to focus heavily on photography. The phone may get three 48MP cameras at the back and a main camera, an ultra-wide camera, along with a periscope telephoto camera for zoom. Apple might also add variable aperture technology, which could help in different lighting conditions. On the front, leaks suggest a 24MP camera for selfies and video calls.
Design-wise, Apple might keep things similar to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. However after a long time the 17 series has come up with major design changes, following this Apple may not want to shift again so soon, they likely follow their old habit of doing equal to nothing in terms of design but new colours are possible, as Apple usually refreshes colour options every year.
Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max: Expected price and availability
The early predictions say the iPhone 18 Pro Max could launch in India and globally around September 2025 if Apple follows the expected schedule. It may launch alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and the foldable iPhone. In terms of pricing, the price could start around Rs 1,64,900 for the 256GB variant. The final price could change depending on Apple’s production cost and market plans.
