Material
- Aparajita flowers – 8–10
- Hot water – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Coconut oil/almond oil – 1 tsp
- Aloe vera gel – 1 tbsp
- Vitamin E Capsules – 2
How to make Winter Night Cream
1. Prepare Aparajita extract
Add 8–10 Aparajita flowers to a cup of hot water and leave for 10–15 minutes, so that the entire blue extract comes out.
2. Make cornflour slurry
Prepare a lump-free slurry by slowly adding Aparajita water to one spoon corn flour.

3. Cook in a double boiler
Heat water in a vessel and place a bowl over it (double boiler style) and cook the cornflour slurry while stirring continuously until it thickens.
4. Mix oil and gel
- When it becomes a cream-like consistency, add coconut oil or almond oil to it.
- Now add aloe vera gel and 2 vitamin E capsules and mix well.
5. Store
- Store it in a glass container and use it comfortably for 10-12 days.
