In the video, she spoke her truth amid intense online scrutiny against her and her relationship with Anurag. She titled it “REAL SIDE OF STORY : THE UK07 RIDER x RITIKA” and hit back at the “baseless” infidelity claims made by her husband.
Ritika refuted indulging in an extramarital affair with her best friend Abhishek during her pregnancy. She asserted that Abhishek was nothing more to her than a friend and said that they shared a bond which is more like that of brother and sister. Just like Anurag earlier came prepared with chat screenshots to back his allegations, his wife too shared some chat screenshots to counter him.
Using the WhatsApp chats and some photos of Anurag’s alleged girlfriend as evidence, Ritika tried to prove that nothing was brewing between her and her best friend. She also alleged that Anurag Dobal was aware of the entire thing and yet lied on camera to defame her. She shared that her aim in making the video was to expose her husband’s wrongdoings. Ritika further alleged that it was Anurag who abandoned her during her pregnancy and childbirth.
According to Ritika Dobhal, her husband also got her social media accounts blocked at that time. She further dropped their chat screenshots, where Anurag Dobhal was seen abusing her and threatening her. The 30 min and 42 sec video also included several call recordings of her husband, his manager, and other friends, where she was being discussed in a demeaning manner.
Anurag Dobhal’s wife even alleged that he lied about her demanding a whopping sum of Rs. 37 lakh as alimony. Ritika said that she would never divorce her husband as she had taken the “saat pheras” with Anurag. She added that if she ever did ask for alimony in the future, it would be solely for the sake of their child, and she would be entitled to it.
