Karan Johar’s new reality show, The Traitors, has become the talk of the town. The very first episode created quite a buzz on social media and the following ones were nothing less than a rollercoaster ride.

The show is on the verge of its finale and fans cannot wait to finally see who wins, Innocents or Traitors.

Amid all the buzz, Anshula Kapoor who was eliminated in the last couple of episodes, made a shocking revelation how the show affected her health. Arjun Kapoor’s sister made it public how she was diagnosed with PTSD after participating in the ‘traumatising’ show.

Anshula Kapoor Calls The Traitors ‘Traumatising’

In a recent conversation with Quint, Anshula said, “Living without communication with the outside world for the entire duration of the show was extremely difficult.” She went on to describe the show as ‘stressful’ and ‘traumatising.’

Kapoor also mentioned that she agreed to participate as she was told the show “would be akin to the original format, but that’s not what it ended up being.”

Further, she added, “It was not about filming long hours, but about the conversations and atmosphere of the house… There were no intercoms in our room. They had blacked out our room numbers, so we didn’t know our own or anyone else’s room number. They had placed wind chimes outside our room door, and if you opened the door when you weren’t supposed to, someone would come and tell you not to leave your room.”

“I had to go back into intensive therapy after the show, and I was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,” she said, claiming she did not have PTSD before participating in the show.
