is doing summer maternity style like no one else. The actress, who announced last month, appeared in a photocall for the upcoming film The Odyssey in London on July 5. For the occasion, she opted for a dreamy boho chic number that subtly nodded to the Greek mythology film.

Her etheareal Blumarine minidress really was fit for a goddess. With its halter neckline, sumptuous ruffled hems, and shipwreck-esque shredded skirt with trailing ruffles, it looked more like a piece of art than a dress. Styled by Erin Walsh, Hathaway paired the dress with an unexpected pair of tan suede knee-high heeled boots by Gianvito Rossi along with a few statement jewels by Bvlgari. She carried a vintage Chanel bag and completed the look with a pair of Trussardi shades. Her hair was styled in a center part and fell in effortless loose waves down her back. Walsh shared photos of the look with the tongue-in-cheek caption, “Mother 🤍.”

Hathaway shared the news of her pregnancy with an Instagram captioned, “Baby, I’m yours,” which was set to Barbara Lewis’s song of the same name. In the video, she wore a white robe and held her baby bump as she walked in front of the camera.
As a source later told “She wanted to reveal the pregnancy [before the Odyssey press tour]. The press tour was about celebrating the movie and getting fans excited to see it.”
“She’s grateful for where she is in her career and for the opportunity to be part of a film that means so much to so many people,” the source also said. “Complaining just isn’t Anne. She approaches things with gratitude and professionalism, and that’s exactly how she handled the press tour.”
