Actor-director Eva Longoria is set to direct her next film “Anita de Monte Laughs Last”, an adaptation of the best-selling novel by Xochitl Gonzalez.
Longoria, who has previously directed projects such as “Glamorous”, “Latinos Living the American Dream” and “Flamin’ Hot”, will helm the project for Searchlight Pictures, according to the entertainment news outlet Variety.
