According to sources, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action against industrialist Anil Ambani. ED has seized more than 40 properties belonging to Reliance Group, the total value of which is said to be more than ₹ 3,084 crore. These properties also include Anil Ambani’s luxury bungalow ‘Abode’ located in Pali Hill, Mumbai. This action is related to money laundering and fund diversion case. Investigation revealed that between 2017 and 2019, a loan of Rs 3,000 crore was taken from Yes Bank and the amount was transferred to other companies. CBI has also registered an FIR in this matter, and ED is now busy investigating other properties.
