Ananya Panday Reveals Howling After Watching Ahaan Panday’s Saiyaara: ‘It Felt Like Something Really Big Was Happening.’

Ananya Panday has worked hard and created her space in the industry as a well-established actress. She has always been candid about her journey – from facing the nepotism controversy to taking jokes on herself; the actress has always been quite a sport.

Recently, while talking about her journey in the glitzy world, Ananya Panday shed light on Ahaan Panday’s success after starring in Mohit Suri’s musical drama Saiyaara. Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda made waves with their good looks and sparkling chemistry onscreen. Every moviegoer who watched the film hailed their performances, especially considering it was Ahaan’s debut in the Bollywood industry. Saiyaara broke several records at the box office and became the superhit romantic movie of the year.

Ananya Panday, during a recent interview with Nod Magazine, admitted that after watching Saiyaara, she got overwhelmed and couldn’t stop crying. The actress shared, “I thought he looked so good, so expressive with his eyes, just a complete star. I don’t usually cry… I’m really not a crier, but when I saw him after the film I just started howling. For me, it felt like something really big was happening, like a huge shift.”

 

 

Further, during the interview, Ananya Panday recalled her childhood days with Ahaan. She revealed that he used to make Dubsmashes from a very young age, which made her feel that he belonged on the big screens. Ananya Panday stated, “He was the only boy in our cousins’ group, so he was always being forced to play along with us and do our little choreographies. He’s been making Dubsmashes since he was 12 or 13, so honestly, I always felt like he was meant to be on screen. But nothing prepared me for what I felt when I saw him on the big screen.”

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Ananya Panday was last seen in Kesari 2 alongside Akshay Kumar in April this year. She has been gearing up for the second season of Call Me Bae and is also ready to grace the silver screen alongside Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
