Amma Kadhili From Bharata Varsha: The Divine Power of Durga

Gopichand and director Sankalp’s ambitious project Bharata Varsha, produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner, has already generated considerable interest with its glimpse, title teaser and energetic first single, Veera Jayadheera.

The spiritual grandeur of Navaratri now takes centre stage with Amma Kadhili Vacche, the second song from the historical epic.

Released today on the auspicious occasion of Navaratri, the song offers a spectacular glimpse into the traditions, rituals and collective devotion associated with the worship of Goddess Durga.

Composed by Anudeep Dev, Amma Kadhili Vacche revolves around the grand procession of Shoolambha Amma, the revered deity worshipped by the people of the region.

The song recreates an atmosphere filled with religious fervour as devotees gather to welcome the goddess amid elaborate ceremonies and celebratory rituals associated with the consecration of her idol.

One of the song’s key highlights is its portrayal of the nine manifestations of Goddess Durga.

Kalyan Chakravarthy Tripuraneni’s evocative lyrics capture the magnificence and indomitable power of the divine mother, while Skanda Veluvali, supported by a chorus of singers, delivers a stirring rendition that heightens the song’s spiritual energy.

Gopichand and Ritu Varma appear amid the festivities, while the genuine happiness and devotion of the surrounding people add warmth and authenticity to the visuals.

The makers are expected to announce the film’s release date soon.
