Amit Shah Lalbaugcha Raja Darshan: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and family visited Lord Ganesha during Ganeshotsav at Lalbaugcha Raja. The house decoration in Pune saw a glimpse of the Operation Sindoor theme and the valor of the Indian Army.
Ganeshotsav 2025: This time the color of Ganeshotsav looked different in the streets and pandals of Maharashtra. Amidst the dhoom of the common festival, there was also a glimpse of patriotism and military valor. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and his family took blessings at the pandal of Lalbaugcha Raja and took blessings by visiting Lord Ganesha, while a unique house decoration at Arradavane, Pune dedicated the valor of Operation Sindoor.
Special darshan of Chief Minister and Shah family
Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was also present on the occasion. Amit Shah along with his son and ICC chairman Jai Shah, along with other family members reached Lalbaugcha Raja. He visited Lord Ganesha in the pandal and participated in worship, while thousands of devotees were also present for darshan.

Home Festival with Operation Sindoor Theme in Pune
Ganeshotsav was also celebrated with special theme and patriotism in homes in Pune, Maharashtra. Aishwarya Jadhav, a young woman from the Erandawane region, prepared home decoration inspired by the recent ‘Operation Sindoor’ of the Indian Army. The decoration includes replicas of Colonel Sophia Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, who seem to salute the Indian Army.
Arrow flags, war tanks and flying rockets also became part of this theme. The organizers said, “Operation Sindoor is a symbol of India’s new military strategy and confidence. Our army gave an accurate and strict reply to the Pahalgam attack, destroyed nine terrorist bases in just 23 minutes. The message is that India now has the power to end terrorism at its source.”
Operation Sindoor who rescued Pakistan’s sixes
India started Operation Sindoor on 7 May, which was a military reply to the 22 April Pahalgam terror attack. 26 people were killed in this attack. The Indian armed forces targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pak-Nashey Kashmir and ended over 100 terrorists. After this, India thwarted Pakistan’s aggression and also took accurate action on their airbase.
India has clarified that Operation Sindoor is not yet over and any action in Pakistan will be responded immediately.
