Home Minister Shah made this appeal to the public
Home Minister Shah said that the people of West Bengal have understood his victim card politics very well. Abusing a constitutional institution like the Election Commission does not suit the culture of Bengal. Shah appealed to the public to leave the politics of appeasement and choose the path of development. He said that this election is not just about change of power, but about saving the soul of Bengal and making it fear-free.
Chargesheet of TMC government’s rule released
Union Home Minister Amit Shah released a charge sheet of the 15-year rule of the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress (TMC) government ahead of the assembly elections in Bengal, in which he strongly criticized the Mamata government on law and order, infiltration and national security issues in the state.
Bengal has become a laboratory of corruption
Shah claimed that there is already a Bharatiya Janata Party government in Assam, where infiltration has been stopped to a great extent, but West Bengal still remains a sensitive route. He said, infiltration in Assam has stopped and now only Bengal is left for the infiltrators to enter. Shah said that under the misrule of TMC, Bengal has become a laboratory of corruption.
