Us warning india: After Trump became President, the US government is giving threats and warnings to India. After imposing heavy tariffs, a warning of several restrictions has been received from there once again. Under a large diplomatic indication from Washington, US Finance Minister Scott Besant has warned that if the much -awaited talks between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin fail on Friday, India can be further banned.

Russian oil purchase already banned
In an interview to Bloomberg TV, Besant warned India to buy oil from Russia. Besant said that we have already imposed ban on India to buy oil from Russia. If the conversation is not successful, I think the restrictions can increase even more. The Trump administration has already imposed 25% tax on India on buying oil and weapons from Russia. Apart from this, 25% import duty has also been imposed on Indian products.
Allegations of Ukraine War Funding with the benefit of Russian oil
The US has accused India of indirectly funding the ongoing war in Ukraine through oil purchases from Russia. Currently a total of 50% fee is being levied on India, which has been strongly opposed by New Delhi. Describing this action as unfair, incompatible and irrefutable, the central government said that oil imports from Russia are necessary for India’s energy security.

India accused of adopting ‘stubborn’ stance
In another statement to Fox News (Fox News), Besant described India as stubborn country in business talks. Earlier this month, Indo-US talks on trade and other issues with Russia were interrupted after which Trump announced that the talks were being postponed.
