A case of fraud of Rs 2 crore on the pretext of marriage with a businessman has come to light in Noida. Girlfriend refused to marry after 12 years of relationship. The businessman applied in the court, on the orders a case was registered against the woman, the police started investigation.
A strange case of fraud has come to light from Noida adjacent to Delhi, in which the story of love, trust and deception has shocked everyone. A businessman from Bihar has accused his girlfriend of cheating him of Rs 2 crore on the pretext of marriage. After living together for 12 years, she started refusing to marry, after which the businessman got a big shock.
Businessman’s allegation: Took stake by luring in love trap
Bihar origin businessman Mohan Chauhan is the owner of Royal PG Private Limited Company. Chauhan told in the petition filed in the court that about 15 years ago he had befriended a woman named Kshama Rai, which turned into love after three years. It is alleged that under the influence of pardon, Chauhan transferred half the stake of his company in his name and he also paid the entire amount of the flat purchased in Noida. Mohan Chauhan says that Kshama also took a luxury car and many expensive gifts from him during the relationship.

Promise of marriage became a means of fraud
Mohan alleges that the girlfriend kept promising marriage for 12 years and kept taking money on this pretext. Gradually the amount reached around ₹2 crore. But when it came to marriage, Kshama flatly refused. Chauhan says that he first tried to lodge a complaint in the police station, but no action was taken there. After this he knocked on the door of the court.
Case registered after court order
After the hearing, the court ordered the police to register a case against the woman. After the order, Sector 125 police station has registered a case and started investigation. At present the police is recording the statements of both the businessman and the woman. The investigating officer says that all the documents and financial transactions are being investigated.
