Amazing pizza selling company, earned Rs 6900 crore in one year

Domestic revenue of Jubilant Foodworks Ltd (JFL), the country’s well-known QSR chain operator, increased by 6.2 percent to Rs 1,686 crore in the March quarter of FY 2025-26. This company, promoted by an Indian family, said that the revenue for the entire financial year was Rs 6,887.8 crore. This company has franchise rights for global QSR brands like Domino’s and Popeyes. If we talk about consolidated revenue, which also includes income from international operations, it stood at Rs 2,505.8 crore in the March quarter, which is 19.1 percent more than the same quarter last year. In the BSE filing, the company said that the revenue from operations in FY26 was Rs 9,544.1 crore, which is 17.2 percent more than the previous year.

How many stores added?

The company said that during the quarter, 69 new stores were added to the JFL Group network, taking the total number of stores to 3,663 by the end of the quarter. JFL added 59 new Dominos India stores, taking its total store count to 2,455 by the end of the quarter. This is the second largest network of this multinational pizza restaurant chain located in Michigan, USA, worldwide. Dominos Turkey added 4 new stores, taking its total store count to 787 by the end of the quarter. According to JFL, this quarterly update is provisional and subject to limited review/audit by the statutory auditors. Started in 1995, JFL’s QSR network is spread across six markets: India, Türkiye, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The group’s portfolio includes global brands such as Domino’s and Popeyes, as well as its own brands Hong’s Kitchen and COFFY, a café brand in Turkey.

Agreement with Dunkin will not be renewed

Earlier this month, JFL had said that it has decided not to renew its franchise agreement with Dunkin’, and the American multinational coffee and donut company’s stores will be gradually closed. The ‘Multiple Unit Development Franchise Agreement’ (MUDFA) dated February 24, 2011 between JFL and Dunkin’ will expire on December 31, 2026. However, it has renewed its ‘exclusive franchise rights’ with Dominos Pizza International Franchising Inc for 15 years to open and operate Dominos Pizza stores in India; Additionally, there is also an option to renew it for an additional period of 10 years.
