Ingredients- Celery ½ tablespoon, cumin ½ tablespoon, fennel ½ tablespoon, ginger ½ tablespoon, mint, soaked sabja seeds 1 tablespoon
How to make drinks- Take a pan and put water in it and put it on the gas. Now add cumin, celery, fennel and grated ginger and boil well. After boiling for 5 minutes, add fresh mint leaves to it. Cook it for 2 more minutes and then filter it and take it out in a cup. After this, add soaked vegetable seeds to it and drink it before sleeping at night.
