The announcement was made to appoint Starlink Satellite Communication as a sub-authentication users agency and sub-E-KYC users agency, UIDAI CEO Bhuvanesh Kumar, UIDAI Deputy Director General Manish Bhardwaj and Starlink India Director Parnil Urdhwreshe. Starlink has partnered with Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio to sell its services in the country.
