The university campus is spread over approximately 70 acres, which includes classrooms, hostels, staff quarters, labs and a large hospital.

After the Delhi blast, when the police raided Dhauj area of ​​Faridabad, about 2923 kg of explosives were recovered from two different houses. Dr. Muzammil Shakeel, arrested in this case, was a general physician and teacher at Al-Falah University. After this, investigation revealed that Dr. Umar Mohammad, who is the suspect in the Red Fort blast, also taught in this university. Due to the suspicion that both the doctors are linked to the terrorist network, the activities of the university are now being investigated.

Who are Dr. Muzammil Shakeel and Dr. Omar Mohammed?

Dr. Muzammil Shakeel is a resident of Koil village in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. He taught at Al-Falah University and was associated with the medical field. Police found a huge quantity of explosives in his rented house. At the same time, Dr. Omar Mohammad had also studied from Al-Falah University and was working there as a physician. Investigating agencies suspect that he himself carried out the Delhi blasts.
