The construction of the Akshardham Temple by the BAPS organization in Jodhpur, Rajasthan is nearing completion. The consecration ceremony (Pratishtha Vidhi) is scheduled for September 25.

BAPS Akshardham, Kali Beri – Jodhpur
On the historic land of Jodhpur, in the Kali Beri area, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha is constructing a magnificent Akshardham temple, which is now in its final phase. This divine complex spans approximately 40 bighas of land. The entire structure is being built with traditional Jodhpuri stone, featuring exquisite carvings and artistic craftsmanship that vividly reflect the grandeur of ancient Sanatan culture. The artwork on the temple’s walls, pillars, and domes is truly unique and will bring a new dimension to the cultural heritage of the desert region.
The consecration ceremony of this divine complex will be held on September 25, 2025, by the holy hands of Guru Hari Mahant Swamiji Maharaj. A grand public dedication ceremony will be held in the evening assembly on the same day.
This monumental temple festival will be celebrated through a 7-day program, graced by the holy presence of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj himself. During this time, lakhs of devotees from across India and even from various corners of the world are expected to gather.
This grand Akshardham will not only become a spiritual beacon for Jodhpur but will also stand as a symbol of ancient Sanatan values for the entire Marwar region. For generations to come, it will serve as an eternal source of inspiration in spirituality, culture, and selfless service—breathing new life into the desert landscape.
