Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin, directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, has finally made its digital debut on ZEE5 after a successful theatrical run. The action drama emerged as the biggest hit of the actor’s career and marked a major breakthrough at the box office.
However, the OTT premiere has come with an unexpected twist. Although ZEE5 had officially announced that the film would stream in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, only the Telugu version is currently available on the platform. As of now, there is no official update on when the remaining dubbed versions will be added.
The unexpected change has left many viewers disappointed, especially those who were waiting to watch the film in their preferred language after the platform’s multilingual announcement. It now remains to be seen whether ZEE5 will introduce the other language versions in the coming days.
Produced jointly by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, Lenin stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead alongside Brahmaji, Shivaji, Pramod Panju, and others in key roles. The film has music composed by Thaman.
